At Murphy Bed Systems, we stand behind the quality of our space-saving solutions and offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our furniture, certain restocking fees and freight shipping requirements apply to all returns.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Hardware
Carefully disassemble any components and place all parts, hardware kits, and instruction manuals back into the original heavy-duty shipping crates to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will assist you in scheduling a professional freight carrier pickup, as Murphy Bed units cannot be returned via standard parcel services.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage and verifies all components are present, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
