We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your hardware?
Yes, we stand by our quality. All Murphy Bed Systems hardware kits come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in the lift mechanism and steel components.
Can I return my order if it doesn't fit my space?
We accept returns on uninstalled, original-packaging items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
